Welcome to Spartan Concrete!

Spartan Concrete is a full-service concrete contractor specializing in structural concrete of all types including post-tensioned and mild-reinforced decks and stormwater detention vaults in the greater Seattle area.

Spartan is one of only a few companies in this area to own its deck shoring, the Titan HV system. This enables Spartan to mobilize shoring gear to your job at a moment’s notice. The Titan HV system has been tested on hundreds of major projects, and is engineered for safety and reliability. The system can be maximized to a 20-foot 10-inch headroom. Spartan owns more than 60,000 square feet of shoring gear, as well as reshoring for two additional sub-floors. Spartan also owns the Alisply wall-forming system, an aluminum panelized form that allows us to quickly set tall walls or to strip and set gang arrangements of panels. This system's ease of use is instrumental in meeting schedule demands. Economizing the time it takes to set walls gives us the ability to pursue concurrent activities on the job.

Spartan utilizes the Gates system for column forms allowing us to select common form sizes, and set up the entire job before it starts. This gives us a head start on schedule management and good insight for the project scope.

Spartan’s experience and equipment ownership facilitates our project management and assists in scheduling and budgeting adherence. Let Spartan show you what we can accomplish from organization of the project form systems to putting our resources to work for you!

"I recently completed a project with Spartan concrete.  The project was a 300 unit apartment building over 4 levels of parking garage in the middle of Bellevue. All the work was completed on or before scheduled dates with the highest level of quality. This building was very complicated with lots of concrete detailing and architectural walls on the building. In addition to the building Spartan built a 600 foot long architectural retaining wall, with lots of reveal lines on the face of a one sided pour. No small feat in itself.  The deck pours were large with the PT deck pours being between 900 and 1300 yards each. The coordination between Spartan Concrete, the iron workers placing the cables and steel, and the other subs on the project was excellent. Brandon Blair and his team at Spartan Concrete went far beyond my expectations on this project. I look forward to the next time I have the pleasure to work with Spartan Concrete
